How do I get my files after purchase?

Right after checkout, you'll be taken to a Thank You page with a download button for your files. You'll also receive an email with a direct download link — this usually arrives within a few minutes.

I didn't receive my download email. What do I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder — automated emails sometimes land there. If you still can't find it after 15 minutes, get in touch via our Contact page and we'll resend your files directly.

Can I download my files more than once?

Yes. Your download link remains accessible, so you can re-download your files if you lose them or need them on another device.

What format are the files in?

Our toolkits include a mix of editable spreadsheets (.xlsx) and documents (.docx), so you can open and customise them in Excel, Word, Google Sheets, or Google Docs.

Do you offer refunds?

Because our products are instant digital downloads, we're unable to offer refunds once files have been accessed. See our full Refund Policy for details. If something isn't working as expected, please contact us first — we're happy to help.

Can I use these templates for client work or resale?

Our templates are for your own personal or business use. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the files themselves isn't permitted.
